Matteo Ragni

Matteo Ragni is a winner of the prestigious “Compasso d’Oro” prize for the “Moscardino” in collaboration with Giulio Iacchetti. The two represent the future of Italian Design without any question.  Ragni is a masterful developer of ideas into form. From the Moscardino to the Campari bar, Leti lamp, Vigorelli watch and W-Eye glasses, there is never a shortage of freshness and innovation emerging from this studio. His goal as a designer is to create for people and to humanize objects. Having studied architecture at Politecnico di Milano, he was influenced and inspired by maestros such as Bruno Munari and Achille Castiglioni.
