Leftloft + Andrea Braccaloni
Leftloft is an Italian design agency founded in 1997 by Andrea Braccaloni, Francesco Cavalli, David Pasquali and Bruno Genovese that specializes in Graphics Design, Typography, Identity and Exhibit Design. The firm is based in of Milan, as well as a small branch in New York. One of their more recent critically-received projects was the identity design for TDM5 “Grafica Italiana” at the Triennale Design Museum in conjunction with Fabio Novembre. The exhibition showcased Italy’s past graphic design achievements and throughout the 20th century. Leftloft is one of Milan’s most important graphic studios and have worked with large companies such as Moleskine, for whom they did subtle improvements and icon work; as well as the development of the Brera and Solferino font families for Italy’s largest newspaper, “Corriere della Sera”.
